• Outside food is not allowed at Bawali Farmhouse.
• Guests with Picnic booking cannot avail swimming pool.
• Pool charge 200 per head for day out
• Proper lycra material swimming costume is mandatory.

• Tariff for Picnic/ Day Visit Venue
• NOTE: Picnic/ Day visit is NOT allowed without room booking. You have to book room to get entry.

• Guest count allowed per room for Picnic/ Day Visit
• In 1 Double bed room: 15 guests maximum.
• In 1 Triple bed room: 25 guests maximum.
• In 1 Four bed room: 35 guests maximum.
• In 1 Five bed room: 45 guests maximum.
• NOTE: In luxury tents, we do not allow Picnic/ Day visit.

• Booking Procedure for Picnic/ Day Visit
• Please book the room through our online system (same as nightstay). In the “Special Request” box mention the word “Picnic” and mention the number of GUESTS. Example: Picnic 14 Adults + 9 children.
• The system will automatically generate a nightstay booking slip to your email id after successful payment and block the room for Please carry this booking slip and Food Charges on arrival. Remember to mention about your food menu to the manager 24 hours before visit, so that he can make arrangements.

• For making Picnic/ day visit booking just mention Check-in date and click “Check Availability” Button, no need to change the Check-out date, it should be next day.
